  • Upper body mat work targeting the triceps (aka...those bingo wings) that will leave you feeling strong, powerful and ready for action!
  • A prone sequence on the mat targeting the glutes and lower back that will fire up your butt cheeks
  • Side-lying work that will tone your entire lower body from glutes and hamstrings to inner and outer thighs...let's not forget those hips & lower back!
  • An abdominal sequence taking you through all the varying layers of Scissors
