This class is a wonderful back-to-basics Pilates class with some of Joseph Pilates' foundational exercises to help you enhance your technique and improve overall body strength and stability. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a complete beginner, this class is a wonderful mixture of some well-known fundamental exercises, with a few fun variations thrown in. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A balance sequence to enhance core activation and lower body stability
  • Upper body & chest work improving posture and shoulder stabilisation
  • Clams - Some fun variations here to challenge pelvic stability and lower body endurance
  • Single Leg Stretch
  • Bridge variations targeting the inner/outer thighs and hips
