This is a beautiful all-rounder class with many compound movements that work the whole body in one go - a perfect Pilates class if you're looking to strengthen and tone the whole body from beginning to end. Remember to listen to your body - there are so many options available to you throughout the class so pick the one that feels best suited to you today.

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing balance sequence to tone the lower body, improve core strength and strengthen the glutes and hamstrings
  • A prone and supine sequence on the mat to improve posture & upper body strength whilst strengthening the posterior chain as well
  • Side lying work to tone the inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes whilst challenging balance and core stability
  • Forearm supine work strengthening upper body as well as core - a perfect all-rounder here!
  • A supine mat sequence to tone the abdominals and strengthen the core
