This full body class will take you through a series of exercises designed to strengthen the entire body whilst improving muscular endurance, stability and functionality. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing leg sequence to target inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes whilst challenging your balance and stability
  • Prone back strengthening to support your lower back and improve your posture
  • A Roll Down series to target your entire core
  • Bridges and a few variations thrown in too!

*OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Pilates mini ball
