  • A Pilates-Barre standing balance sequence to improve core stability and tone the lower body
  • Pilates-Barre lower body exercises to tone the glutes, improves lower body strength and improve overall posture & physique
  • A prone mat sequence designed to improve posture & lower back strength
  • Kneeling exercises to tone the obliques
  • A core & abdominal strengthening mat sequence that will really get those abs fired up!
  • Bridge variations, including Frog Bridge (I love this one!) to fire up those glutes and improve lower back strength in the process
