Pretty epic right? From standing sequences to box position to mat-work, this class will guide you through a variety of Pilates-Barre exercises to tone the whole body. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing Pilates-Barre workout looking to not only strengthen the lower body and tone the legs but improve core strength too
  • Upper body strengthening work
  • Box position work focusing on core engagement and shoulder stability
  • Lower back strengthening and inner thigh toning prone work
  • Side Kick
  • Supine 'V' legs to tone the lower abdominals & inner thighs
  • Bridge work to tone the inner thighs, hips & glutes

*OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Pilates mini ball
