It's time to create balance and improve strength within the body with this week's class. This class will take you through exercises that are designed to create balance and harmony within the lower body, exercises that target the whole body (perfect time savers!) and exercises that improve core engagement by working the abdominals, obliques and back muscles. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Arm exercises to tone the backs of the arms
    Unilateral standing work to improve strength & balance within the body
  • Lower body toning exercises targeting the hips, inner & outer thighs
  • Box position work to continue working the lower body whilst improving core engagement and shoulder stability
  • Side lying work targeting the obliques & inner thighs
  • Abdominal strengthening work
  • Single Leg Bridges (and all the layers leading to this amazing exercise) to improve lower back strength, core strength & pelvic stability
