THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing weightless arm sequence using gravity as resistance to tone the arms & build strength in the upper body
  • A lower body strengthening sequence from forward folds to box position work that will tone the whole body including hips, inner/outer thighs as well as core engagement
  • Side lying work to improve tone the lower body as well as obliques
  • A 'straight leg' crunch sequence focusing on elongating the front of the body and toning the abdominals
