In this class, there is a strong focus on core strength and the requirement of a strong core to practice various exercises of Pilates safely and with ease & comfort. Of course supine exercises feature, but this core engagement is activated through a variety of exercises from box position to side lying. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Push-Up series to strengthen the entire upper body and core
  • Prone 'V' to work inner/outer thighs and lumbar spine
  • An extended leg Crunch series and Roll Backs to work the entire torso
  • Bridge variations working towards Single Leg Bridge
