In this class you'll find a range of exercises targeting the whole body whilst primarily working on strengthening, toning and balancing the lower body. Unilateral work is a fab way of understanding our body's make-up and how we may need to work in order to create balance and harmony. By working in this way and focusing on the lower body, you'll feel more centred, strong and grounded. (Suitable for all levels)
