This class is all about pelvic stability; helping you improve your balance and posture through core engagement and stabilising the pelvis. These exercises are designed to strengthen your entire body whilst working on improving mobility and functionality of the body. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Pilates-barre inspired lower body sequence to challenge your balance and improve strength
  • Prone back strengthening exercises to improve posture
  • Side lying work targeting the obliques
  • Leg Raises to improve hamstring flexibility as well as lower abdominal and hip flexor strength
  • A series of Bridges to improve pelvic stability and inner/outer thigh strength
