This class is jam packed FULL of fun! It's a fast-paced class with lots of goodies to get your body moving. If you're looking to tone and strengthen your entire body whilst working on improving your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance, then this is the class for you! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • Standing tricep exercises to target the backs of the arms
  • Donkey Kicks & Fire Hydrants
  • Prone 'V' leg work to target the hamstrings and lower back
  • Side lying Leg Lifts & Clams to target the inner/outer thighs, hips and glutes
  • A supine series to strengthen the abdominals including Toe Taps and Leg Raises
  • Bridges and a few fun variations
