This class is designed to strengthen, tone and improve the flexibility in your lower body. From a standing Squat sequence to side lying work and table top, this class will take you through a full body sequence that will leave your lower body feeling longer, leaner and more mobile. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A weight-less arm sequence to improve upper body strength
  • A Squat series to improve lower body strength, stamina and endurance whilst working on your cardiovascular system
  • Box position work improving lower body and lower back strength
  • Side Kicks
  • A supine Table Top series to improve abdominal & core strength and hamstring flexibility
