This class is focused on improving your core and abdominal strength from working on posture in Squats to a prone and supine series that will improve stability, mobility and strength of the entire core of the body. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Squat sequence to tone the lower body, strengthen your core and improve your cardiovascular stamina
  • Prone lower back and hamstring sequence
  • Side lying work to improve hip strength and mobility - Using a firm favourite...Clams!
  • A supine sequence including Single Leg Stretch, Crunches and a segment to target your lower abdominals and hip flexors
