This full body Pilates class is all about strengthening and lengthening the muscles to help improve overall strength, stability & flexibility too! You'll work both the front & back fascial lines of the body with a focus on elongating the muscles as well as building strength and stamina too. As well as a focus on flexibility & lengthening the muscles of the lower body and posterior chain, you'll also work that core - the abdominals, obliques and back too! (Suitable for all levels)
