This week's full body Pilates class is all about toning the smaller muscles of the body to improve overall muscular strength & endurance; focussing on enhancing fitness levels, posture & core engagement at the same time! This class will guide you through Pilates-barre inspired sequences to leave you feeling stronger, fitter and more toned. (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A Pilates-barre standing sequence designed to strengthen and tone the entire lower body & waist
  • An upper-body strengthening sequence to tone the arms, improve shoulder stabilisation and posture whilst strengthening the posterior chain
  • Side-lying glute & hip work
  • An oblique strengthening sequence to tone the waist, improve core strength & engagement
