This 60 minute full body Pilates class is full of yummy sequences and flows to enhance muscular strength & endurance of the entire body as well as improve mobility, core strength, posture and lengthen & strengthen the posterior chain. See? I told you it was packed full of goodies! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence to strengthen the lower body, lengthen the posterior chain, strengthen the glutes and hip flexors and improve lower body mobility
  • Posture enhancing and upper body strengthening exercises
    Box position sequences to improve lower body strength, core strength and hip mobility
  • A sequence designed to enhance complete core strength including the transverse abdominis, rectus abdominis and obliques
  • Side lying work to strengthen the obliques & lower body whilst improving hip mobility
  • A series of bridges to strengthen the posterior chain and improve spine mobility & pelvic stability
