This full body Pilates class works on improving the strength of your entire posterior chain - including both strengthening exercises for the lower body as well as working on elongating the muscles to balance and tone your overall physique. You'll feel taller, stronger and more energised; a great booty burner workout that fires up your core at the same time! (Suitable for all levels)

THIS CLASS WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH:

  • A standing lower body sequence to tone the hips, glutes, inner/outer thighs as well as improve balance and core strength (this is a good one!)
  • A sequence designed to tone and elongate the posterior chain by focusing on strengthening the upper back and hamstrings, improving posture and opening through the front facial line of the body
  • A prone lower back strengthening sequence to help improve core and pelvic stability
  • Side lying inner thigh work
  • Straight leg crunches - a great way to isolate the abdominal muscles to build strength and work through their full range of movement
