I’m on a constant journey to better my own health and learn more and although I gained so much from this book at this stage in my life, I only wish I’d discovered it sooner when I first started on my health and wellness journey – I can’t begin to imagine how much easier it would have been if I had.

This book covers every aspect about health that you can think ofphysically, emotionally and spirituality – pretty much everything in life that affects our health. What I love most, is the emphasis between how our beliefs about life and how our thoughts can either manifest optimum health or lead to illness and dis-ease within the body. It’s an eye-opening and controversial thought that we are the creators of our own health and although that can seem a bit overwhelming, it’s also so powerful as it permits you to take back control over your life and the health you desire for yourself. Most importantly, Louise shares how loving yourself is the number one key to optimum health – something many of us forget.
