Banana Blueberry Weetabix Slice 2

I have such a massive sweet tooth at the moment and this slice is soooo delicious and satisfying! It’s super easy to make and doesn’t require any fancy ingredients. Plus, it’s also super healthy (If you leave out the chocolate chips!).

Banana Blueberry Weetabix Slice

Makes 9


  • 4 weetabix
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder and bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup white choc chips


Blend weetabix and oats into a fine powder.

Blend bananas yogurt and milk together, then add to the weetabix mix.

Stir through the almond butter, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda.

Mix through the blueberries (*optional - also stir through white choc chips).

Bake at 180^C fan (pre-heated) for 25-30 mins.
