This is the final part to this 5 minute exercise series that I’ve put together for you and this week it’s all about stretching that body!

Stretching is such a huge part of all my workouts and it’s something that I not only do as a warm up and cool down, but it’s also part of my morning and evening routines – it’s a fantastic way to add more relaxation into your day as well as allowing your body to recharge after a workout and prevent injuries.

The stretches mentioned:

(I always recommend to hold each stretch for at least 30 seconds so that you really feel the benefits of them – but feel free to hold them for longer! Remember to breathe into each stretch and only take it as far as your body feels comfortable to do so.)
